Is there a digital version?
No. Lesbian Chic is print-only, forever. That's the point.
Why print-only?
Because what's ours should be held, kept, and passed hand to hand — not scrolled past. Print is the archive. In thirty years, these issues will be the primary source.
What's the Reader's Covenant?
When you buy an issue, you agree not to post its contents online. It protects the artists inside and keeps the work where it belongs. Yes, it's also legally binding.
Can I share the magazine with friends?
The physical copy? Please do. Lend it, gift it, leave it somewhere it'll change someone's life. Just don't put the insides on the internet.
Who is Lesbian Chic for?
Everyone who wants to know where culture actually comes from. Made by and for queer people — everyone else is welcome to buy it and learn something.
Is it explicit?
It's art. Some of it is nude, all of it is intentional, none of it is for shock. You must be 18+ to purchase.
How often does it publish?
Issue 01 arrives Winter 2026. After that, we publish quarterly.
Can I subscribe?
Not yet. Issues are bought one at a time — every issue has to earn its place on your shelf. A yearly option may come later; the list hears first.
Do you pay contributors?
We believe in paying for lesbian work. $10 flat for any work we publish, increasing as we expand. Paid when your piece is published.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Every copy prints at the facility nearest you, so shipping stays reasonable almost anywhere in the world.
How do I get published?

How do I advertise?
See Advertise. Charter rates are available for Issue 01–03 advertisers.
